Sick Days

I am TERRIBLE at keeping up with my blog (as you can see). It's hard sometimes when nothing too exciting happens. Basically I have just been stuck in the house with sick kids for the past four weeks. I have been trying to find things to do around here to keep me from going insane, but I think that I am starting to go a little crazy anyway being couped up inside.

Yes, that is my 5 month old BOY in a tutu. I have 2 boys and I decided it would be fun to make a tutu... Only what, 3, 4 more months of this? Hmmm, what to do next.

Nights without Dave

Dave is out of town for work and every time he goes I feel lost. My days are all messed up. I know that sounds odd but I feel like I just sit and watch the clock until he comes home. However, last night we found something to do to pass the time. We made a hut in the hall closet and popped some pocorn and watched a movie on Ethan's little tv. It was exciting for about 20 minutes, then it was just cramped. Not that our little queen sized bed was much better. Constantly being kicked and punched on my left and trying not to roll over or push Degan off the right, but it beats sleeping alone... I guess. I miss Dave.

Go, Diego, Go!

Ethan has become a fan of Diego and Dora lately. (If you have kids, and Nickelodeon, you probably know who they are and can even sing along with the songs.) So today he was walking around the house with his backpack while singing the backpack song. So I decided to help him out a little by bringing his backpack to life. Then of course he needed map to get to grandma's house, so we made map too. Saturday's at the Johnston's house are crazy!
